Happy New Year

I just wanted to wish all my readers, collaborators and others a "Happy New Year" from the edge of  "lake Sinur". I wish the lake in my back yard was this beautiful, but it has it's own charm. I expect those involved with process activities in 2014 to make a shift in the use of processes.
